Russia hits Kyiv with ballistic missiles — 3 dead, 15 injured

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that at least three people were killed and 15 injured in a Russian ballistic missile strike on the Ukrainian capital. Several people were trapped in a partially collapsed apartment building. The attack was carried out using ballistic missiles.
