Pathirage beats Chopra and Nadeem to win Commonwealth javelin gold

Sri Lanka's Rumesh Tharanga Pathirage won the javelin gold medal at the Commonwealth Games, defeating India's Neeraj Chopra, who took silver. Pakistan's Arshad Nadeem made an early exit from the competition.
