Trump: US has not agreed to let Ukraine produce Patriot missiles

US President Donald Trump said on Friday that Washington had not agreed to allow Ukraine to produce Patriot missiles, directly contradicting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Zelensky had announced such an agreement following talks with Trump earlier that week. The contradictory statements created confusion over what, if anything, was actually agreed.
