Experts: Polish military passed the Russian missile test, civilian state failed it

Experts told Wirtualna Polska that after a Russian Ch-101 cruise missile landed in Poland's Lublin region, the military performed well but the civilian side of the state failed — sirens sounded but no public information followed. Prof. Daniel Boćkowski said of the government press conference: "You can't unsee that." The incident has exposed serious gaps in Poland's civilian warning and communication system.
