Pennsylvania school defends silence over AI nudes made of 59 female students
Lancaster Country Day School in Pennsylvania has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit accusing it of staying silent for months while boys created AI-generated nude images of 59 female classmates. The school argues it did report to law enforcement, as the tip it received came from the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General — itself a law enforcement body. The school also contends it could not have known which students were being targeted, as no specific victims were named in the tip.
