Circle K owner Alimentation Couche-Tard to acquire Żabka and its 13,000 Polish stores

Canadian retail giant Alimentation Couche-Tard, owner of the Circle K fuel station network, is set to acquire Polish convenience store chain Żabka. The deal covers approximately 13,000 stores located across Polish neighbourhoods. The future of the Żabka brand and full terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.
