FIFA COO blasts Infantino: he invented the controversial plan himself

FIFA Chief Operating Officer Kevin Lamour issued a strongly-worded statement targeting president Gianni Infantino, claiming Infantino personally devised a controversial plan and is fully aware of its implications. Lamour acknowledged he risks losing his job at FIFA as a result of speaking out publicly against his boss.
