Trump blocks Ukraine from producing Patriots: "We have to be careful with technology"

US President Donald Trump said on Friday he has not approved Ukraine producing Patriot missile systems domestically. He added that talks on the matter are ongoing but that Washington must be careful about which partners it shares advanced military technology with. The decision places another constraint on Ukraine's defence industry ambitions.
