Elbląg port expansion to be completed by 2029, design ready in a year

The mayor of Elbląg signed a contract on Friday for the design and cost documentation for the port's expansion. The design is due to be completed within a year, with the full expansion — including terminal and access road upgrades — set to finish in 2029.
