Driver on drugs with banned licence kills 9-year-old cyclist in Kuźnica Stara
Jakub Sz., aged 39, has been charged after allegedly striking and killing a nine-year-old cyclist in Kuźnica Stara. Toxicology tests showed he was under the influence of narcotics at the time of the collision, and he had been banned from driving just one month earlier. The Częstochowa prosecutor's office submitted an arrest application to the court on Friday.
