Poland's 3% digital services tax planned from 2028 — draft law sent for consultation

Poland's Ministry of Digitisation has sent a draft law to inter-ministerial consultations that would introduce a 3% tax on the revenues of the largest global digital service providers operating in Poland. The tax is planned to take effect on 1 January 2028. The new regulation would affect the biggest digital platforms active in the Polish market.
