Gen. Rajchel: air defence worked correctly, but wartime rules are different
Retired Brigadier General Jan Rajchel, head of the Government Strategic Reserves Agency and former commandant of the Air Force Academy, told Defence24.pl that Poland's air defence system performed correctly during the recent missile incident. He stressed, however, that responses must be decisive and everything must be done to avoid civilian casualties, adding that wartime procedures differ fundamentally from peacetime ones.
