PiS split could help opposition unseat Tusk's government

Around 40 MPs led by former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki have formed a separate parliamentary caucus after breaking from Law and Justice (PiS). If Morawiecki launches a new centre-right party, analysts suggest it could broaden the opposition's appeal by offering voters a more moderate alternative. This split could ultimately help the opposition unseat Donald Tusk's government.
