Expert: Poland's alert app should be modelled on Ukraine's battle-tested system

Security expert Tomasz Safjański argued that Poland's public alert app should be modelled on Ukraine's system, which has been tested in real wartime conditions, continuously improved over five years and is low-cost. He said whether Poland builds its own app or buys a licence for the Ukrainian one is a secondary question. The priority, he stressed, is swift deployment of an effective solution.
