US Space Force-backed satellites perform first unclassified orbital cat-and-mouse exercise

True Anomaly, backed by the US Space Force, conducted the first unclassified orbital tactics exercise, with its Jackal (Panther) satellite chasing and evading Rocket Lab's Puma spacecraft in a cat-and-mouse drill hundreds of miles above Earth. The exercise demonstrates how future military satellites could pursue or evade one another in conflict. True Anomaly CEO Even Rogers called it the culmination of four years of development.
