Poland to legally cap workplace temperatures from January 2027

From 11 January 2027, Polish labour law will for the first time set maximum permissible workplace temperatures, above which work will not be allowed to continue. The change comes via an amendment to Poland's general occupational health and safety regulations. The new rules are designed to protect workers from the effects of extreme heat.
