Poland braces for severe storms with hail and third-degree heat warnings in eight regions

Poland's Institute of Meteorology and Water Management has issued first and second-degree storm warnings covering areas from the north to central Poland. The Government Security Centre sent alerts to residents of eight voivodeships, warning of storms, heavy rainfall and hail. Third-degree heat warnings remain in force across many parts of the country simultaneously.
