Home down payment equals over a dozen average salaries as prices stall

Average asking prices for new-build flats stopped rising month-on-month in most major Polish cities in July, according to Otodom data. However, experts warn buyers against false optimism, as the required down payment still amounts to more than a dozen average monthly salaries.
