Hamas agrees to disarm under Trump plan — no word yet from Israel
President Donald Trump announced a deal for the complete disarmament of all armed groups in the Gaza Strip, and Hamas officials confirmed to AFP that they had reached an agreement on weapons and the withdrawal of Israeli forces. Israel has not yet issued any official statement confirming or rejecting the deal. The agreement is said to be phased in stages.
