Lithuanian PM marks Medininkai massacre anniversary: dictators rule beyond our borders
Lithuanian Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevičius declared that his country lives next to borders ruled by dictators. The statement came on the 35th anniversary of the Medininkai massacre, in which Soviet OMON forces killed seven Lithuanian border guards near the Belarusian border.
