Von der Leyen on Ceuta crisis: EU sending operational support, "we cannot allow this"

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced urgent action in response to the mass migrant influx into Ceuta, saying "we cannot allow this." The EU will deploy additional operational support, and designated commissioners are already in talks with Spanish and Moroccan authorities.
