Polish parliament moves to raise excise tax on all types of e-cigarettes

Poland's Sejm has referred a bill amending the excise duty act to the Public Finance Committee and the Deregulation Committee. The proposed legislation aims to bring all types of e-cigarettes under excise taxation and to raise the applicable rates. The changes are intended to close loopholes and boost state revenues from the sector.
