Krynica-Zdrój mayor expects August tourist surge after slow July
At the halfway point of the summer holidays, Poland's tourism sector has been hurt by unpredictable July weather and high fuel prices. Krynica-Zdrój mayor Piotr Ryba predicts August will be significantly stronger, noting that weekends are already heavily booked. He says the resort town always draws more visitors in August.
