mObywatel Europa app to launch before the end of this year

A new app called mObywatel Europa is set to be released before the end of this year, Polish authorities have announced. The existing mObywatel app is already installed on more than 12 million Polish smartphones. The new version is expected to extend the app's functionality to cover European-level services.
