Belarusian man charged with planning act of sabotage for foreign intelligence

Poland's Internal Security Agency (ABW) has filed charges against a Belarusian national identified as Vitaliy S., who is accused of planning an act of sabotage on behalf of foreign intelligence services targeting Poland's national security.
