Lawyer: politicians, not courts, will have final say on Ziobro extradition
Lawyer Mariusz Paplaczyk says Poland's justice minister is not a direct party in any US extradition proceedings concerning a wanted person. He stresses that well-organised cooperation between US prosecutors, the State Department and Polish prosecutors will be critical. Ultimately, the final extradition decision rests with politicians, not courts.
