Poland's ABW foils sabotage: Belarusian man planned to torch warehouse in Chełm

Poland's Internal Security Agency (ABW) detained a 28-year-old Belarusian man who was planning to set fire to a large warehouse in Chełm. An indictment has been filed with the court. The information was confirmed by Jacek Dobrzyński, spokesman for the minister coordinating the special services.
