Poland's Government Security Centre (RCB) sent a nationwide SMS on Friday morning urging citizens to download the Interior Ministry's digital "Safety Guide." The linked website turned out to be unavailable, with users seeing an error message instead of the guide. The guide was meant to cover topics such as alarm signals and how to prepare an evacuation backpack.
