Military expert: shooting down the missile over Poland risked civilian casualties on the ground

Reserve Major and pilot Michał Fiszer told the Polish Press Agency (PAP) that the decision not to shoot down the missile that violated Polish airspace was correct. He stressed that intercepting a missile always carries the risk of damage and casualties on the ground, and that Polish forces and their allies responded appropriately. Fiszer assessed the performance of air defence units as very good.
