Żabka to be sold to Circle K owner Alimentation Couche-Tard

Canadian retail giant Alimentation Couche-Tard, the owner of the Circle K chain, is set to acquire Polish convenience store network Żabka. The owners and management of Żabka have reached an agreement with Circle K Polska, a Couche-Tard subsidiary, for the sale of all shares. Żabka's shareholders have committed to selling their stakes.
