At least 9 migrants die trying to reach Spain's Ceuta from Morocco

Spanish authorities have confirmed that at least 9 people died while attempting to cross from Morocco into Ceuta, a Spanish enclave on the northern coast of Africa. Ceuta is one of the key flashpoints for irregular migration into the European Union.
