Avalanche sweeps 10 climbers on Broad Peak — renowned Nepali mountaineer among missing

An avalanche struck a group of 10 climbers on Broad Peak (8,047 m) in the Karakoram range in Pakistan. The fate of all those swept away remains unknown. Among the missing is a well-known Nepali mountaineer as well as citizens of several other countries.
