Poland's family probation officers to gain access to any room and school and medical records

Poland's Ministry of Justice is preparing a reform of family probation officers' powers. Under the plans, officers would be able to demand information from schools and medical facilities, quickly check the criminal records of people living with a child, and access any room where the child is present. The proposals were reported by Rzeczpospolita on Friday.
