CONCACAF and 41 federations demand Infantino resign over FIFA Forward Enterprise plan

FIFA president Gianni Infantino's proposal to create FIFA Forward Enterprise — a company that would manage the commercial rights to the World Cup — has triggered fierce opposition. After UEFA, CONCACAF issued a statement declaring the unanimous opposition of its 41 member associations. The confederation stated that "the future of football must remain in the hands of our football family" and called for Infantino's resignation.
