Poland's R&D relief and IP Box can now be combined — how it works since 2022

Since 2022, Polish entrepreneurs engaged in innovative activity can apply both the R&D tax relief (ulga B+R) and the IP Box preferential rate simultaneously rather than choosing between them. Combining both instruments allows R&D costs to be deducted from income earned on qualifying intellectual property rights, boosting overall tax savings.
