Family probation officers to gain right to enter homes and access children's records
Poland's Ministry of Justice is preparing a reform that would give family probation officers the right to request information from schools and medical facilities, quickly check the criminal records of people living with a child, and demand access to premises where the child is present. The changes are aimed at strengthening protection for children at risk of violence or neglect.
