Czech fund Investika bets on Polish commercial real estate

Czech investment fund Investika is generating returns by investing in Polish commercial real estate. Board member Jaroslav Kysela says the absence of similar Polish funds is purely a legislative issue, not a matter of investor appetite. He believes Polish investors would be just as willing as Czech ones to put money into commercial property.
