Berlin attacker turned in by his father – Abdul Ballout killed during arrest

21-year-old Abdul Ballout, who carried out an attack at the Berlin Pride parade, was tracked down by police thanks to a tip from his father and a friend of his father, according to the newspaper Bild. Ballout was killed on 26 July during an attempt to arrest him in the Spandau district of Berlin.
