Up to 3,000 migrants storm Ceuta — local authorities demand state of emergency

Up to three thousand migrants, mainly from Morocco and Algeria, breached police barricades and entered Ceuta, Spain's North African enclave. Local authorities called on the government in Madrid to declare a state of emergency and deploy military support to regain control of the situation.
