Spain deploys military to Ceuta after thousands of migrants storm the border

Spain deployed its military to the North African enclave of Ceuta after thousands of migrants overwhelmed police barricades and surged into the territory. Local authorities called on Madrid to declare a state of emergency. The migrants were reported to be primarily from Morocco and Algeria.
