Russian Official Arrested for Passing Off Chinese Drones as Russian-Made

Russian security services detained Alla Polovchenia, an official from the Ministry of Industry and Trade. A Moscow court remanded her in custody for two months. The investigation concerns embezzlement of funds meant for domestic drone production and the purchase of Chinese UAVs that were falsely presented as Russian-made.
