Electronic Arts' leveraged $55 billion buyout is set to close next week, according to a filing with the SEC. From August 4, the maker of EA Sports FC and Battlefield will be owned by a consortium comprising Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, Silver Lake, and Jared Kushner's Affinity Partners.
