Apple posts $109bn revenue in Tim Cook's final quarter as CEO

Apple reported $109.4 billion in revenue for its fiscal third quarter ended in June, up 16% year-on-year, with earnings per share of $2.02 including an 11-cent tariff refund. iPhone sales surged during the quarter. It is CEO Tim Cook's final quarter presiding over results; his successor John Ternus takes over in September.
