NBCUniversal Hires Christopher Halpin as CFO Ahead of Comcast Spin-Off

NBCUniversal has named Christopher Halpin as its new chief financial officer as it prepares to be spun off from Comcast within the next year. Halpin will start on 8 September and report to Comcast co-CEO Mike Cavanagh. The appointment is part of NBCUniversal's efforts to build its own independent corporate structure.
