Thousands of migrants storm Ceuta — Spain deploys military

Thousands of migrants from Morocco crossed into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta in an uncontrolled manner. The Spanish government has announced the deployment of military units to the territory. The authorities of Ceuta called for a state of emergency to be declared, but the central government rejected the request.
