Unlicensed Driver Hit a 17-Year-Old Near Legionowo — Court Refused Pre-Trial Detention
A man whose driving licence had been revoked caused a serious accident near Legionowo in July, leaving a 17-year-old with severe injuries. Despite the victim's serious condition and the driver's prior road offences, a court initially refused to place him in pre-trial detention. Local residents revealed that the man had repeatedly driven despite the ban.
