Migrants Storm Ceuta Border – Spain Deploys Troops

Crowds of migrants breached the border of the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, located next to Morocco, overwhelming local police. Ceuta's authorities called on Madrid to declare a national emergency and send military assistance. Spain has agreed to deploy troops to help secure the border.
