Hamas may disarm — significant progress reported in Gaza ceasefire negotiations

Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported significant progress in negotiations on the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire, including Hamas disarmament and a gradual Israeli military withdrawal. The Times of Israel added that Israel will not withdraw its forces until Hamas lays down its arms. No final agreement has been announced.
