US bans imports of Chinese robots — Beijing threatens retaliation

Washington has imposed a ban on imports of robots from China, prompting Beijing to threaten firm retaliation. Chinese Commerce Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning warned that if the US "stubbornly persists", China will "resolutely take countermeasures" to protect its legitimate rights and interests.
