Gen. Bieniek: Military Procedures Worked in Lublin Missile Incident, But Public Alerts Failed

General Mieczysław Bieniek told TVN24 that Poland's military procedures functioned correctly during the incident in which a Russian manoeuvring missile fell in the Lublin region. However, he acknowledged that the public alert system had not been "fully refined" and needs improvement. The incident exposed gaps in civilian communication during security threats.
